• Viewings. Scheduled by appointment and may require proof of funds and identification.
• Offers. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Sellers/landlords may accept or reject at their sole discretion.
• Contracts. Any sale/lease is governed by the executed contract between parties. Website content is not an offer nor part of any contract.

6. Fees, Commissions & Payments

Commission structures are communicated prior to engagement and may be payable by seller, buyer, landlord, or tenant as agreed. Additional third-party costs (legal, notary, registry, taxes) are borne by the client unless agreed otherwise.
